What are your delivery timelines within Kenya?
We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi for orders placed before 2:00 PM. For deliveries outside Nairobi, it typically takes 24 to 48 hours via our trusted courier partners.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Till Number), credit/debit cards, and direct bank transfers. Cash on delivery is currently available for orders within Nairobi only.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we have a 48-hour return policy for size exchanges. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and jewelry cannot be returned.
How do I know I am picking the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we stock various international brands, we recommend checking the specific measurements provided or contacting our styling team for assistance.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
USN Kenya is primarily an online boutique, allowing us to offer competitive prices. However, we occasionally host pop-up shops in Nairobi which are announced on our social media pages.
