Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery to notify us of your intent to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original USN Kenya tags attached before securely repacking them.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Our courier partners will be dispatched to your location within Nairobi or across Kenya to collect the return package at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via M-Pesa or original payment method within 48 hours.
